I wonder if they'll release any of the side-by-side dual screened G&Ws, like Mario Bros.. If so... would they require yout o hold the DSi sideways? That'd be interesting.
Seemed like the DS was a no-brainer to get the dual-screen Game & Watch games. I was wondering why they just didn't release a Game & Watch Gallery 5 for the DS (aside from the crappy Club Nintendo compilations with just three games).
I can see why now. They'd rather charge $2 per game than $20 for a collection of 30 games.
These have been up at least since the week prior to Christmas. I have all four and they're all pretty good. The only problem I have with them is some respond to motion for some reason....so when you're playing if your move your position slightly, you'll move in game. It's not that bad at first, but when you get around 100 points in any of the games is speeds up to a really fast pace that kills you quick if you mess up once.
Oh! And whenever Ninty catches wind of this....will we still get to keep the app? I've grown quite fond of them =0
@Mikintosh: I remember playing a direct port of Mario Bros. on my ZX Spectrum back in the day, along with countless iterations of donkey kong (mostly ported by a company called ocean, but there were a few fan-made ports too)...
Nowadays Nintendo have a lot more control over their IPs, especially when it's being sold through official channels such as the ap-store, so as removing it is within their power I have no doubt that they'll do so... and quickly.

I remember that being the case with the NES and its various rip-offs.

You probably shouldn't have given the name of the site and you should have said you'll download it "somewhere else". Much sneakier :)

And, they probably wouldn't have done anything about this, had the developers not been making a stupid amount of profit from it...

And there's a difference between "homebrew" and "copying Nintendo's games verbatim."
