PS3 To Get DVR Functions, Digital Tuner In 2008

MCV's prediction that Sony may be soon unveiling support for terrestrial digital broadcast service Freeview for the PLAYSTATION 3 is looking spot on following comments from Sony Computer Entertainment New Zealand boss Warwick Light. He told Kiwi outlet The Press that the company is "hoping next year... to release a digital tuner for the PS3, turning it into a programmable TV recorder." His timeframe?
