    It almost seems like a secret the Forza car decal engine. All the reviews seem to lightly touch on it and thats it. People who never played forza seem to assume its some basic paint job thing, and only compare it to other racers with car numbers and track numbers.

    I played forza2 on and off since launch, and the one mode i spent most of the time on is easily the custom paint jobs for my cars. I have hundreds (mostly crap) but i have a few I bought on the auction house that are mind blowing.

    Its easily forzas signiture feature that still has people playing hardcore thanks to this mode. #forzamotorsports3

    @NoBullet: Both done by Jube... he also made a brutal legend and hulk car(although im not sure if he ever finished the hulk one)... oh and the ODST livery people got for buying a new copy of FM3... man he's talented. #forzamotorsports3

    @kookro: Yeah Jube, forgot his name. I saw him make the decals on justin.tv. At first I thought they were premade for forza. Theyre that good. #forzamotorsports3

    The only thing I ever liked about Forza was that livery editor. If GT5 can match or surpass it it'd be the perfect game #forzamotorsports3

    Don't mean to be a spelling nazi, but that's an enormous pet-peeve of mine... Especially when retail websites label the game "Forza Motor Sports" right next to the boxart that clearly says "Forza Motorsport." Not to mention press releases and whatnot. I mean really, how do they come up with that? Who just plain didn't read any of the press releases or bothered to actually read the boxart to come up with "Forza Motor Sports."

    @TheVegetarianBurgerKing: I'm just seeing it and thought it was real as well. The car looks amazing and life like but the background scenery does give it away once you notice it. The car looks great, but I'd prefer a different design. This probably will push me into getting Forza 3 now though. :p #forzamotorsports3

    @Rem: I look forward to buying my real car in it, then turning it into an itasha, lol... I'll probably go with a Touhou Project theme. Then, I've never had a Forza game, so I wonder if I'd be able to do more than a few colored primitives, lol. At least there's a marketplace... #forzamotorsports3

    @fuchikoma: If it's like Forza 2 you can do virtually anything if you are patient. Forza 2 had no tools to import pictures or even tools to draw directly on the car(like a pen or brush tool). Nope but that did not stop people from making photo realistic cars with 1000's of multi shape multi color stencils overlapping each other. It isn't too bad but does take patience. #forzamotorsports3

    this is good stuff but personally, I don't care. I seem to remember a similar story for GT. Turn 10 stepped up to the plate for sure but I still prefer GT to Forza. GTPSP has me very excited for GT5. #forzamotorsports3

    Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson's attempt at comparing GT to real life driving gives you a pretty good conclusion.

    As good as you are in a realistic game like Forza or GT, the fact that you care about your life will make you much slower in real life. #forzamotorsports3

    I'm actually quite terrified of this game.

    I love racing games and I'll be getting this one for sure but I always find solace in the fact that they have some kind of arcade feel to them.

    With Forza, not so much. It feels real. The consequences for minor mistakes equate to major wipeouts.

    I just don't think I can hang. #forzamotorsports3

    @I Sl0th I: Driving assists are your friend. use them and disable them one by one until you feel comfortable. Forza 2 was exactly the same way. #forzamotorsports3

    @I Sl0th I: At the same time it's good to keep in mind that many of the assists like ASM and traction control are often turned on in real cars too so turning them off isn't going to make the cars handle any more "real" but rather just add to the challenge of controlling them. #forzamotorsports3

    @-MasterDex-: Of course your rewards are penalized (or not rewarded) for using ABS on an car with ABS or TCS on a car with real TCS.

    It never occurred to the F3 devs to separate the game-oriented driving assists from the actual vehicle hardware. #forzamotorsports3
