While I applaud Telltale for being the leader in the industry for episodic gaming, I am bit concerned about the quality of releases I'm seeing with the Strong Bad series on WiiWare.

Both the first and second episode have game-breaking crash bugs, (the second one more so than the first.) I literally cannot complete episode two because the game crashes whenever I fast-travel to the House of Strong. I also encountered a logic error where I could talk to Strong Sad at the Homsar Reservation even though he was no longer present at that particular location.

I'd be willing to overlook these issues if a patch was issued via some kind of auto-update feature or a fixed version was up for grabs at the Wii shop, but Telltale is more than half-way into the series now, and I have yet to see or hear anything.

I realize most of their resources must be dedicated to finishing the last two episodes in the series as quickly as possible, but I sincerely hope they'll return to fix the glaring issues of the WiiWare releases. Otherwise, I think I'll have to be a bit more reserved with the money I spend on the series.

@Kain-Xavier: I've just played the PC version, and didn't come across any major bugs in episodes 2 or 3

However, the game sometimes gets stuck when going into the Teen Girl Squad comic writing mode in episode 1. I can't reproduce it with consistency, so maybe something wrong with my hardware...

Yeah I meant for Wii. Aww I hope it sold well. If not then I guess I'll get it (this and S&M) for PC then. thanks.

Are we going to be getting a season 1 disc like we did with Sam and Max? (which I have yet to buy)

    I hope so.

I'd give a kidney for some great new Monkey Island games. Guybrush Threepwood = greatest video game character of all time.

They really have done a bang up job with the strong bad series. I just finished battle of the bands and really enjoyed it. The "Hot Babelian Odyssey" minigame is actually pretty good!

@Atrius: I'm done with all three episodes released so far as well.. Overall very well done, and frankly takes me back to the days of when LucasArts used to make amazing point and click adventures
