    Also, I don't think Apple Corp. owns the rights to the Beatle songs. Sony and Michael Jackson do, as I recall.

    I'm holding my excitement until tomorrow. It's not like MTV is responsible for only Rock Band and nothing else. They could just as easily be announcing a new documentary miniseries about the Beatles to air exclusively on MTV, or music videos with Beatles remixes going into circulation or... well... you know, it could be just about anything.

    Needs more Zeppelin. Beatles is the most overrated band of all time. Not bad, but they are the GTAIV of the music world.

    and perhaps the beatles are overrated. the gushing hyperbole is a bit much at times... overrated or no, they are probably still the most important and possibly the best band ever.

    @bigbadron: They can give it on DLC if they want. But I want this kind of collection on a disc based game, I can't buy DLC for my games, and I want this so bad on a disc... Whoever makes it happen (Harmonix or Neversoft) gets my money.
