    I happen to disagree. I liked the little game. I wanted to love it, and couldn't, but there is an enjoyable

    "old Neo Geo arcade game" quality to the game and it's nice dumb fun. I'm kinda surprised that you didn't mention the throw mechanism, which adds a little bit of a twist to the gameplay (you can throw enemies, other players and even some bullets to deflect them).


    You're mostly right on the facts, but I feel that the game can still manage to be enjoyable and overcome its shortcomings.


    My biggest gripe is the lack of online multiplayer :(

    Wow, thanks for the review. I was hoping the game would live up to its title, but apparently...


    To be honest, I was almost sold on the game based on the title and screenshots alone (only "almost" - I always check out reviews, even for small downloadable games).

    It looks like you saved me 800 points and minutes (I wouldn't say hours) of disappointment.


    And it's not like I have nothing else to play - quite the contrary, in fact.

    @excel_excel: We're Back? Was that the movie? The main thing I remember about that one was how stupid it was. Even back as a kid I thought a movie about time traveling dinosaurs who eat cartoon cereal to become smart and snarf hotdogs and join a circus was completely retarded.

    @(Zombie) Goldwings: Yeah, I saw both of those. Man, Land Before Time is so watered down and sanitized these days. If a kid saw the sequels and then hunted down and watched the original one, I think he'd shit his pants and have nightmares for days.

    Ouch. I had been thinking about this one but I think I'll save my points. It makes me sad, though, to see a cute and original idea like this end up flopping right on its face. Brutal Legend can't get here fast enough now.

    @TRT-X: I...uh...shall my friend, I shall. I'm in the middle of doing the physics for a game for college at moment, but come summer I shall have a lot more time to invest in other game development projects.


    @ironraiden: Here's two:

    1. Weapon of Choice

    2. Biology Battle


    They both kick the crap out of this game. Don't get me wrong I see this as a good thing, if this game can become successful, my 2D side scrolling shooter "Pablo the Mexican Microwave" shall be a raging success.
