    Researchers don't know the precise number of wolverines in of the wild, considering their large roaming range and solitary nature. There's supposed to around 20,000 in northern Canada alone, so they're not exactly going extinct.


    Then again, whatever sounds better for publicity.

    Fun Fact: In Wolverine's original origin story, he was just an artificially-evolved Wolverine. An actual animal grown in a lab.

    @PatrickF**kingStar: Fun fact, for the longest time I thought the claws and animal-like senses were his mutant powers.


    It wasn't until MUCH later that I learned his mutant power was the healing factor. Which lead me to question how the hell he got the other abilities.
