Good for EA. They have done a great deal to redeem themselves this past year and are really putting more effort into quality over quantity and they are 1 of the only devs really experimenting with new IPs.

@azr: I do. More than one can say. When I checked back on my lib I noticed much of it were console exclusives. EA does not have much of that. They usually do multiplats, which kind of summarizes why.

I enjoy these simpler games, they focus more on fun than style. Especially on a portable system that's a good thing.

I'm sure I'm in the minority when I say that I found Killzone: Liberation to be more fun than Killzone 2.

@NoBullet: meh, to be honest, I had completely forgotten that had online multi.

Random tangent... but how is Resistance: Retribution online?

Because i loved Sony Bend's Syphon Filter games, so had to support them, I got the game at launch but didn't get around to playing it until now and.... wow. That game, like the Syphon Filter PSP games, is way better than it has any right to be.

@NoBullet: i thought the same thing when i first booted it up, which is why i put it down. I think I finished the first mission, felt cheated, and put it away.

but now its sucked me in. it is much more arcade-y than syphon filter, but the game throws more enemies at you. It's different (and trust me i really want another Syphon Filter...) but still good in its own right. I suggest you give it another shot. I did and am loving it... and dying in later missions (which is good... the beginning is super easy).

So if you pause it near the end when it's showing Dante and Isaac as playable characters, you can see there is a character named SMILEY who is next on the list. Wonder who that is.

This looks really cool. I kinda wish I had a PSP for this, but none of my friends own them either so I doubt it'd be as much fun without a partner.
