    I wonder how much it'd actually cost to make one of these things... I'm not a nut for quality, so I'd just need to attach a small TV to it. Along with measuring, sawing the wood and making the spaces down below for the consoles. To make the box where you put the TV and the rest, I think it wouldn't be so hard, if you hire a cheap carpenter and give him the plans.

    Arcade stand-up for less:


    $100- $300 for used Street fighter cabinant

    $300 for basic computer

    $200 for a 22" inch monitor with HDMI and DVI

    $150 for custom pci arcade interface card

    $50 for screws, screw driver, mountings, hammer and saw

    25h of your own labor


    You have yourself a upright mame box you can plug SFVI into. With an extra bit of effort and ingenuity you can take apart your PS3/360 controller and wire it up to your joystick.

    So for $2500 I get to not only shun my big screen tv and play on a smaller screen but I also get to stand up the whole time?!?!? AND I get a copy of a $20 game? Well holy crap just let me get my wallet. Here I'll bend over and turn my back while doing just that....
