Here's is an awesome email exchange he had with a scientist who had run a 20 year experiment in which bateria evolved a resistance to citrate.
Obviously as Evolution is a lie put in people's heads by the devil, ol' Andy had to put the silly Man of Science right...

Please get your writers under control. This post is ignorant. Obviously Owen has some sort of spite for anyone who thinks differently than him, and if he wants to further promote discord among the those who seek an intelligent conversation then so be it. Please just don't let it happen on Kotaku where it does not belong. I've been reading Kotaku for years now, and I can't believe that this post was allowed on the site. You need to watch your staff.

looks like you got their feelings hurt. Deal with it. It's just so happens to be a right wing lunatic group, too bad.

Oh, damn you Buckner and Garcia. Still, it's the best piano ballad/new wave/love song featuring the words "Evil Otto" I've ever heard.

The First Amendment does not render our nation's youth defenseless against the predatory, billion-dollar video game industry that churns out increasingly graphic blood and gore for impressionable minds to imbibe...

I'm sorry, but isn't the first line of defense against destroying the fabric of small children's minds the parents? Where does the fault really lie?

Because no one wants to see liberals look bad. Especially Owen.

Kotaku has dissed on anti-game crazies a million times, but has never brought partisanship into it. Pretty damn unprofessional man.

From now on, I FULLY expect Kotaku to label the party affiliation of any and all politicians or lobby groups mentioned.

WRONG.

Those are five results I pulled from Google; if you'd like, I can provide more. I'm not sure what kind of rose-colored blinders you have on, but this is definitely not the first time Kotaku has mentioned party affiliation, and won't be the last.
@logikil: The group refers to themselves as conservative on their website, as evidenced by the quotes posted by a few of the commenters in this chain. Given that they're using the term, I don't think Owen is radically out of place in using it here. What are you suggesting as an alternative?

...this is the first time they've felt the need to label parties. -Kenny
'Right-wing' is not a political party; nor is 'conservative; it's an ideology. There are conservative Democrats just as there are (few and far between) liberal Republicans. Both major parties in the US are conservative when compared to the the world stage.
So take your seat on the fainting couch and stow the victim act. No one slighted any party; it's a fact that this group is conservative and they are proud to identify themselves that way. One wonders why, in that light, you're taking such offense.
