Disney'll get sued because technically this language isn't warranted for the rating since this content is technically "in the game." Disney would then point out all games that self-censor have this and ESRB junkies will go crazy re-classifying all games that have been found to have these "lists." Games that don't have it will also be bitched at because they aren't doing enough... Online Interactions Not Rated by the ESRB, but since the files are in the game itself. :o Then people woulda say you can only do this if you were online since you wouldn't be messaging somebody in the room... but would you?
:o Yeah I'm bored with Insomnia. Let's make fake controversy.
:o I think them Video Game Crusaders got something to do before 2009.

You heard it, folks. Disney hates Santa.
Disney. Hates. Santa.
These are terrible days, friends.

We wouldn't want anyone acting out their BDSM fantasies in a racing game. Could get messy.

You couldn't **** (blow) someone a kiss, but you could suck them off.
Wait, did you make plans for sa****ay? (saturday)
Nice S***! (Shoes... apparently sega though a garden implement was a swear word, meanwhile santa could keep his pimping business on track, ho ho ho!)
Coca **** (cola. Someone explain that one to me)
Oh noes! an ******in! (assassin)
That's su****ious! (spic, same as Jake's spicey... turns out spic is derogatory slang for a spanish person)
My personal favourites were:
a) Marutah. This was the name of one of the mags in the game which was ironically censored because it means 'idiot' in spanish or something.
b) Words that were minor such as 'damn' or 'idiot' because these getting censored always made it look far worse than it was, e.g.
- You ****!
- **** You!
- **** it!
Ah.... hours of fun :3

Cola? Seriously? It has to mean something offensive in language other than English. Probably. Did you try "beer" and "wine"? If they're allowed, then cola as a type of soft drink should have been fine as well.
