This is just proof that we need a proper BTTF sandbox-style game, like right now. Imagine time traveling at will, and running into your clones and creating paradoxes if you are not careful. I'd buy a fully maxed out gaming PC for that alone.

@High Speed Indeed: that'd be pretty sweet. The logistics though... man. would be crazy. Like say, you travel back in time. and you're watching yourself do something, and as long as you stay hidden, your past self is a recorded you, but if you intervene, then an ai suddenly takes over. If it dies, then you disappear from existence or something.

@Spderweb: Exactly what I had in mind. I have no idea what goes into making video games, but I imagine they'd have to turn it up to 11 to pull off a game like that.

@High Speed Indeed: an AI that learns and emulates your behaviors then use learned knowledge to make believable prediction on new scenarios never seen before? That alone would require a whole team of researcher to stay up til 3am every day.

Another great example of the excellent modding community that Crytek has helped to foster. Props to Tirido on a job well done.

@-MasterDex-: Crytek is my favourite developer because of this, there are some excellent mods at Crymod. I have downloaded several levels created by the community which have each taken me hours to complete, it's great.

@Neural_Net: It truly is. I'm constantly amazed by what the community comes up with. Things like X321 Redemption and Pterograd really show the power of CryEngine2.

I just wish more developers would use the engine, perhaps with CryEngine3 now compatible with consoles, we may see that happen.

Well, the good news is that with the exo-suit and weapon systems, you'll be more than ready for when those damn Libyans show up.

Who needs a bullet proof vest on the advice of a time traveler when you can have a bullet proof full-body suit that also gives you the handy ability to throw a car at them?
