    Looks alright. Don't think I really care for the art direction but the gameplay at least looks... interesting.

    After seeing the excellent details in the CG scenes I couldn't help but think some of the in game character models appeared a little primitive. It was probably just because of the way it cut from CG to a closeup of an ingame character though.


    The fighting system certainly looks interesting though I'd like to see a bit more of it in action. Some parts seemed like an updated ATB - definitely a positive in my eyes while others kind of reminded me of FF12's combat.

    So glad I'm getting the demo in April. That battle system looks interesting but I get the feeling we're really gonna have to play it before it starts making real sense.

    @Procne: It isn't actually ATB. Well it is an enhanced version but if you watch it the game flows more like Xenogears or Valkyrie Profile or FFXI pulled off in single player.

    It's a glitch. I was on the site when the countdown first ended and a new trailer went up. I think their servers got hammered so badly that the countdown messed up. If you're impatient though...someone already ripped it and posted it online. You can thank me later.

    @notquitedeadyet: it reminds me of the poetry that Genesis was always saying in Crisis Core. "The gift of the goddess". not sure why i think it's because they are essentially about fatalism and new beginnings.

    Sega countdown has little to do with mario. Look at the rating, sex and violence. Nintendo won't let Sega use Mario in a game with Sex and Violence. So Nintendo fans fuck off.

    Also, look at the rating, gender thing, and the... hand holding a knife... On the Sega one. Those could be clues as well.

    Theres sexual or romantic elements as well as violence and the CERO B rating is a Japanese rating for 12+
