Coasters!!]]> Right now, recycled circuit board coasters are my living line of defense between condensation and the fragile finish of $30 coffee tables. (Yes, I spent as much on the coasters as the tables they protect). And even though these coasters really are pretty fantastic, they can be out-gunned during my larger gatherings that feature more condensation.

Needless to say, a coaster afficienado such as myself is consider the purchase of these Pac-Man coasters with box. For $22, my crappy furniture never slept so soundly. Here's a bonus pic:

<![CDATA[Video Game Craft Goodness]]>

Alice over at Wonderland is the queen of finding video game related crafts and we love her for that. (Well, that and many other reasons) Now she's found some more great perler bead items including these great classic Zelda fridge magnets. On a closer look at the Etsy artist the magnets cam from, I also found the Mario Mushroom magnets and the Pokeball coasters. Also included on the page are a Goombah and a Toad fridge magnet. They are all available for a nominal fee and are hand made, one of a kind items. Add to that free shipping and you've got yourself a sweet piece of custom game art.

<![CDATA[Retro Game Coasters]]>

Don't get too excited, they're not roller coaster, that would be totally kick-ass, no these are drink coasters.

The always delightful Alice over at Wonderland points out that someone over at Etsy created these amazing black and white gaming coasters.

Handmadeluck said they used store bought coasters and then decoupaged high contract screenshots of PONG, Berzerk and Asteroids, sealing the top with acrylic. Unfortunately the coasters, which sold in a pack of six for $10, are all gone.

Damn! That would have looked fantastic next to my PONG clock down in the bar.

<![CDATA[Stick To The News: More Gaming Coasters!]]>

Nothing important is going on in gaming today, so why not post more gaming related paraphernalia no one gives a flying crap about. In response to our earlier post on Bubble Bobble coasters Kotakuite Ryan sent us these pics of some other game related coasters he did. Pretty snazzy... one for each beer I have open at once! Thanks, Ryan.

PS: Oh, right. And Sony announced that they'd be cutting by 4/5ths the number of PS3s they'll be supplying to the States at launch. Whatever. Yawn.
