    Regarding the PK Yomega Yoyo:
As someone who uses yoyos often, and loves them, I can personally vouch that that PK Yomega one is actually a good one for looping tricks. Raiders are sturdy models, good for learning, and they last a while. It's one of the top choices among imperial yoyos. So, just saying, it's not JUST for looks. There are a lot of crappy themed ones out there, but that one looks good.

    I might actually get one...

That fruit is a ripoff if you live in Cali. You can get 95% of those fruits at the farmer's market and because they don't have to travel as far, they taste a lot better, and they are MUCH cheaper.

Currently living in Romania, just as for general knowledge, Bran Castle still IS and has been for about 2 hundred years A MUSEUM, the owner, prince Dominic of Tuscany, who received the castle from the Romanian Government in 2007 through a bullshit lawsuit ( stating that he is the great great great great grandson of an uncle of a niece of a bla bla bla of Vlad Tepes, which however true may be, is irrelevant, with this logic maybe even i own some huge gold mine somewhere) , initially wanted to sell it for about 78 million bucks, not 135, but has decided in january of this year to turn the historic Fortress who belonged to Vlad Tepes ("the impaler", known by that name because he used to impale the ottoman (turkish) generals each time he won a battle on a long sharpened tree trunk) into a bullshit SF "Dracula" museum. Shame on him.

Games make such good gifts but are too expensive to give. For me at least.

Then again, my friend and I give each other gifts that cost use exactly $0 dollars each year. She gave me a "fine" shampoo sample last year.

If your a ps3 owner and you don't have Uncharted, your missing out on one hell of a game.

Ratchet and Clank is a great platformer, something the ps3 needs more of.

Dragon age is a brutal RPG, not for the faint.

@mrantimatter: dragon age is indeed killer. but man do i love it.

i've gotten all of this year's blockbusters with my own money. i would actually be ecstatic if someone bought me a small bundle of older games, ones i haven't tried, like dead rising, indigo prophecy, beyond good & evil, etc., since all those games together could probably add up to a single fully priced game. i was thinking of doing something along those lines for my brother. just a matter of finding which games and for how much i suppose..

My list is pretty extensive this year...

    MW2
    Dragon Age: Origins
    Borderlands
    AC2

Now, if I was a REALLY good little boy this year, I'm hoping my girlfriend splurges a little on me and I find a PS3 under the tree...in which case I'd love to also get GoW Collection, since I never got a chance to play the originals.

Back when I was a kid, getting Mario All-stars for Christmas was like, the greatest moment of my life. I would hope many kids nowadays can relive that magic by getting NSMB Wii for Xmas.

I've asked for New Super Mario Brothers Wii, Brutal Legend and Tales of Vesperia. To be honest, nothing too 'omg' worthy.

MW2 - I already have and L4D2, well I never played the first one so I'm not too eager to play the second one either.

Kind of pumped for AC2 though as it's getting amazing reviews and sounds like a lot of fun. My brother asked for it, so that's a plus.

@ninjateacup: L4D2 is a must play as far as im concerned. Provided you have 3 friends. Playing the first will have no effect on the sequel. In fact, it will even more refreshing and fun if its your first time into the apocalypse.

    Get Demon's Souls.

Best game I've played in a while. And the old-school difficulty slant actually makes it even more fun, somehow. It can get a bit frustrating, but it's also unbelievably rewarding.

This year I've actually asked for less games than I usually do. I've gotten into the habit of just buying them, and then only leaving a select few till Christmas.

This year I decided to ride out the storm and selected Dragon Age ad L4D2 as my sole gaming presents (Although that's not if for gaming related stuff thanks to the presence of a few Halo books!). Man, has it been hard waiting to play the both of them. Ah well, a month to go till I can enjoy the both of them - I'm sure the wait will only make them so much more enjoyable to play...
