    meh, I'd rather play a game of Magic the Gathering every now and then with my friends rather than any PC or console trading card games. And that Beast Dominator from the 2nd pic looks too much like a Thoctar.

    @televizor: The theories behind the gameplay are similar to MtG, but BF is an RTS, where as MtG could be compared to a Turn-Based strategy game.

    @Kicken: It's actually a very good game, it's only real problem being some card unbalances, but that's to be expected.

    @televizor: You make your faction out of cards, those cards have different tiers so that a good deck goes from teir 1 to teir 4 well in just the same way that an RTS faction goes from teir 1 units upwards. The game even has resource gathering and defensive structures. To sum it up, it's an RTS where you decide the faction you play as.

    Try it out for yourself before dismissing it. It's free to play and you get enough cards to try the game out.

    This game showed potential, but is kind of limited. It comes down to rock-paper-scissors to the Nth degree. This might change more as more cards and strategies are introduced.

    @ThreeOneFive: It's listed as such because that buys you the retail version, which includes the 4 starter decks as well as 3000 Battleforge points to spend on cards.

    @Trygle12 is back! Still has trouble reading his posts. : (: I picked up a full Eye of judgement pack for $19.99 at toys r us. Not sure how many different varities there are being as I just got it, BUt you know.

    Hmm, interesting. I played the demo and I must say it basically just felt like any other rts game. I wasn't feeling what the CCG-style deckbuilding brings to the table other than giving you a more healthy palatte of units to choose as your warriors. Might check it out one weekend if I happen to have an unexpected burst of free time.

    Some elements to this game may seem appealing, so I could take a look...


    Then again, I don't have a great PC either!

    I'd rather stick with my FPS for now...

    It would be interesting to see if this game got a non-H remake ala Fate/Stay Night and many others before it.
