    Man, things like these get me really pumped up for games - although I'm waiting till christmas to indulge into the world of Ferelden, at least I'll have this mini series to tide me over.

    At least the spiders (of which I have epic fears of) aren't as horrifyingly realistic in this as they are in Origins. The detail and movement in the models is making me seriously think about banning Morrigan from my party ever, no matter how awesomely she is scripted. #dragonagejourneys

    Anything to help kill the time until launch day. I'm ready to start my second playthrough of Uncharted 2 on crushing and finish off collecting treasures, but with an immanent weekend lurking, even that won't be enough. #dragonagejourneys

    I'm pretty excited to hear this. What with the PA comic, and now this, there should be some solid story before the game comes out to make the initial dive not so...overwhelming. I can sometimes get a bit lost when getting into a new game with a ton of story. #bioware

    At least I know my computer will be able to handle this Dragon Age game. Sadly, my clunker won't be able to do DA: Origins any credit ...

    Cool idea though. I'd hope for something Mass Effect related along these lines, but I'm guessing that was the iPhone game. #bioware

    @octaslash: I talked to Bioware about this at NY Comic Con then E3. They showed it off on a low/medium end computer and it looked hot even then. #bioware

    As an aspiring flash developer and broke mofo I can say that it is indeed heartening to see big companies giving indie flash developers the time of day.

    I would like to claim that I would have been a better choice but I am still a beginner and Daniel Stradwick and Andrew Sega can flash me under the table...

    Um... I think I meant flash me out of the water..
    Some kind of phrase like that...

    My point is they have both made kick ass games. Check them out sometime on kongregate. #bioware

    Why not use Java 3D or maybe Googles O3D API for browsers?

    @p.e.r.e.g.r.i.n.e.: Well both O3D and Java 3D don't require special licenses to develop under and don't require a package from Adobe that runs in the 100's of dollars range. Plus its 3D which flash is not.

    Just a thought ya know I see all these technologies, but no willingness to use them on the part of game makers. #bioware

    That kinda sucks. Everyone knows the real Balloon Boy game consists of one main game supported by mini games.

    The main game is rather like a text adventure/dating sim game, where you play as the parents planning the hoax after their recent stint on Wife Swap. Then you get to play the mini games; in 'Pretend to hide' you play as Falcon sitting in his room while his parents fail to prepare him for the media and 'Balloon Blow' where you control wind currents keeping the balloon afloat. As well as many more! Back in the main game you finally get to appear on TV and try to keep Falcon from blurting out the truth.

    That part is almost impossible.
