Preorder exclusive hats only make those of us who can't afford to buy L4D at launch feel alienated. And it also makes me feel like Valve really hates me for not being able to pay for the game right away.

The company wants you to spend more money on their products so they give you an incentive to do so. You don't want to or can't. That should be the end of it. Seriously, alienated? Did it make you feel alienated when the guy in front of you at Subway used a full stamps card to get his sub for free (back when they were doing that) but you had to pay for yours in full? Oh no! The sandwich artists might think less of you!

those are the dimensions humans perceive and travel thorough
there is a suspected 11-20 dimensions.
For example Gravity potentially has a dimension all to itself, hence why it is stupidly weak compared to the 3 other Fundamental Forces.
Some models suggest that parallel dimension (which are more timeliness than dimensions) splinter off whenever a chocie is made(normally mistaken to be a choice a human has made, they actually mean the choice of electrons, or smaller) and it could be possible to jump between these parallel timeliness, but as of yet we have no way of doing that. #left4dead2
