Yeah cause its not like there was some game on here the other day called DEAD SPACE with ORIGINAL XBOX footage of a finished looking game meaning there was quite a bit of polish and restructuring put into it then from now...
Hrmmm... yeah, I hate EA, kicking games right out the door. I also hate reading Kotaku articles on a regular basis. Nasty things, those articles that run against my own arguments. Better to not read them I think.

It just doesn't make any sense. "OMG I HAET EVERYTHING" stopped being edgy many, many years ago.

Years ago you charmed me. Drew me in. Drew me crazy, but I couldn't have you. There were others, and it just wasn't the right time, for either of us. Later on I found someone like you, but it wasn't the same. They tried to improve on you, but I didn't want a new you, I wanted you. Nonetheless, I stayed with them, holding on, wanting to move on, and coming back every time they said they had something new to show me. It was nothing more than more of the same, really.
Then after leaving them a third time, I saw you again. You looked good. You were mature, clean cut, and beautiful. I wanted more, but that was it.
I waited months with no sign of you, holding onto the memory. It was my only hope. I wished to see you just one more time. Please.
And then you were there again. I was ecstatic. I cherished every minute. You were even better than I remembered. And then you were gone again.
I coveted every picture I could find of you. Any written word about you became gospel. I fell into a pit of depression. I idealized you to the point where I saw all other games as unfit to exist. I couldn't understand why no one seemed to appreciate you. I even tried to forget about you.
And here you are again. You're better than ever, and I've never felt stronger about you. You seem like this is the last time you'll have to disappear too. But there's a difference. People love you. You're finally seen for what you are. You're not perfect, but you're everything you need to be.
Sure, I wish I could have you, but who are we kidding? Now you're too good for me, and I clearly don't have the money or equipment to give you everything you deserve anyway. Maybe someday. Until next time, HL.
