If they show any more footage similar to what was leaked, then I'll be a happy camper. I don't need hands on, I just need footage that I can convince myself is gameplay.

I just wish they'd release the original on Xbox Live. I stupidly sold the original with my XBox, and regretted it almost immediately.

I have recommended it to so many people, and the first question is always whether I have a copy to borrow.

I'd happily plunk down again for it, especially if it could in any way help a sequel.

@flamincheney: Would you buy it through Steam? It's dirt cheap there and runs on my laptop so I'm guessing most desktops (presuming that's what you're on) shouldn't have a problem.

I'm cool with that. If the game needs an extra year to cook to perfection, then fine...take that year. Let's not rush a game just to please our OMG NEED DETAILZ NOWS twitch, let's wait a bit for the game that will knock our socks off.

@DarthVegan: Agreed. For a long time BG&E looked dead in the water with no sign of recovery, if it could survive that to then come back with a sequel then it would be a real shame to screw it up by rushing it now [/overly long sentence]

I never played the first one, let alone heard of it until the second one came out. Is this a sleeper hit? Under appreciated diamond in the rough?

for the last gen consoles right? I'll have to look into it if I can hear some praise for it...

Tsk-tsk-tsk, get with the times, people! In compliance with Ubisoft's new naming conventions, the game shall henceforth be known as:

B4Y2ND G22D 1ND 4VI6

And if it's not present at E3, then Ubi has nothing for me... :(

@PhatsMahoney: Underappreciated, definitely. Ubi thought it was a brilliant idea to release it alongside Sands Of Time, with no advertisement.

However, I wouldn't call it a diamond in the rough, because it would imply that BG&E was a potentially great game spoiled by a few problems, whereas it's "merely" a great game.
