    A game where you play as a British woman with glasses clad in a leather catsuit, gloves and heels torturing her victims in strange and creative fashions and occasionally verbally humiliating them?

    My interest in this title piqued up just a little bit... #bayonetta

    Holy crap, the Flash player doesn't actually suck now? (EDIT: Never mind, false alarm. :| )

    Also, I just love how the volume is NEVER set full way and always set near the middle on these things. At least it gives us some kind of volume boost...

    And I didn't know centrifuge could be used as torture...

    I think the key thing that we're missing is that the enemies were NOT shouting the safe word. How does Bayonetta know when to stop? It's not her fault!

    If anything gets too crazy...you always have a safe word. ALWAYS!

    My safe word for moments such as the massive hair Iron Maiden is 'Bananarama' or 'WAM'.

    I'm already there....any game, ANY game that has the main heroine say in the trailer 'Do you want to touch me?' or call a man a 'Pussycat' CAN NOT BE BAD in my book.

    I haven't been this in love with a dominatrix since Sophia from Battle Arena Toshinden.

    @Witzbold: It's good though, because usually these games get stale fairly quicker than other genres(for me at least). All that variety might entice me to play the game some more. #bayonetta

    @Kyolux (Corsair): Am quite busy with work so during downtime I get to play through a stage or two. Have no idea where I am currently. The airbase I think.

    In regards to the moves you really do need to know what everything does if you want to complete those special challenge modes. Even more so the ones that limits the amount of punch and kick attacks you can use. #bayonetta

    Most demos for me are 'once and they're done' but I could easily see myself going back to this one. It is ridiculously fun, though a bit short. Bayonetta is everything that I wanted Devil May Cry to be, even though they are pretty close to the same game in fundamental ways. There is a genuine sense of improv and style with the moves which I never felt that DMC was able to get completely right. It is even a little bit like the video game equivalent of jazz in the amount of freedom it gives you to develop your own combat style from the fundamentals.

    I wish Bayonetta's demo would've gone a little bit deeper into some of the purchases you can make, uses of 'magic power', etc. But you still get to watch a smokin' hot librarian stuff angels into some sort of iron maiden and hear her ridiculously overwrought taunts. It seems like they're trying to set up her 'redemption' in the game and make her a good guy. I kinda hope the game doesn't get too cheesy like that.

    But yeah, well done Platinum. I'll be picking this up as soon as it's out.

    I got in today. I entered the redeem code via the XBL website. Haven't turned my 360 on yet, been playing Uncharted 2 for two days now. Besides, I already tried the Bayonetta Japanese Demo on PS3. So I'm in no hurry. #bayonetta

    So wait... if you didn't get this code you don't get the demo early? Or don't get it at all? If the former, when does the demo become available to the rest of the unwashed masses?

    And what about the PS3 demo? I mean I know every PS3 owner that's interested in the game downloaded the Japanese demo ages ago but I wouldn't mind giving it another spin in english.

    If only so I can read what the hell the game is telling me to do with my hair. #bayonetta
