i have four usb ports on my laptop, and two more on my ps3. i can prob jack my roommates' pcs for additional ports if i wanted, not to mention 90+ computers at school with 3-4 ports each. i don't think i'll be needing this.
the chargers for the other consoles appear more useful.
@Ad-hominem: i agree, but not because of the # of controllers, but because ive never had any of my ps3 controllers run out of energy. rarely ever have it charged, but i play it all the time. why do you think that is?
@Trygle12: To me, it's because it's a pain in the ass. The batteries slowly die while they sit in the remotes, and many of my rechargeable AA's have actually become permanently dead from constant recharging.
I'd rather have a storage + charging solution guaranteeing that I can always get 4 players in on the action the very rare instances people come over and play with me :(
@blackfox601: Check out Sanyo Eneloops or other comparable "new" rechargeable batteries. While typical NiMH batteries lose all their charge over a year (or less), Eneloops maintain ~85% charge even after a full year.
And no, I don't work for them. I just happen to appreciate good tech. >.<

Who ever needs to charge more than four controllers at once?
Hell, who ever needs to charge four controllers at once?
I think, once, maybe, I had two controllers die at the same time. How often does that happen to warrant buying a separate product?

Seriously though. Why not just buy regular rechargeable batteries for the Wii?
