    i sure hope they let me change the analog stick direction (the arcade version was reverse-only, which was semi-infuriating).

    it better have online co-op!

    thats the kind of stuff i want to hear/see. now lets get virtua fighter 5r, hotd 4, lets go jungle, 2spicy, and virtua cop trilogy on consoles.

    whatever happened to arcade games being released on the wii? id love for a collection of sega's model 2 games while im at it..

    sigh.. i miss arcades.

    @Shiryu: We were lucky as kids of the Cold War to have had such pseudo-cheesy films.

    Even if they aren't that fufilling from a critical viewpoint, they are still fun to watch.

    Where would we be without, Red October, Top Gun, Flight of the Intruder, Firefox, and Commando?

    And when this does come out, be sure to thank Hideki Kamiya for calling enough attention to himself with an awesome game like Bayonetta, that his pleas for After Burner Climax amounted to more than just solitary fanboy whining.

    Then again, it's possible he knew about this ahead of time and he was hinting this to us in his interview video. Hell, Bayonetta makes the reference as clear as day, with two songs, "Splash Wave - Climax Mix", and, you guessed it "After Burner - Climax Mix". That maroon probably knew about it all along.

    I used to love playing Afterburner 2 on the Genesis when I was a kid. I don't like digital distribution, but I might be willing to make an exception for this game.

    @Trygle12... NOW IN HD!: Also this game was MEANT for the arcade experience.

    The Deluxe Cabinet's were awesome.

    That does not make me any less excited. It was a fun game, but I couldn't fork over the cash to play it as long as I wanted. Now I can.
