Hudson's Adidas-sponsored answer to Wii sports, Deca Sports is officially heading to North American consoles this summer. Hudson recently held an exciting contest allowing fans to choose the North American title for the game, and after much voting and debate the original name came out of top, making it one of the most useless examples of publisher/user interaction in the history of gaming. As announced previously, the game is also coming to Europe via Konami under the title Sports Island, which is hardly any better. Check out the new screenies below, featuring each of the game's 10 events - Beach Volleyball, Snowboard Cross, Badminton, Basketball, Curling, Figure Skating, Archery, Supercross, Soccer and Kart Racing. Can't wait to get my hands on that virtual shuttlecock. Yeah, I just wanted to say shuttlecock.
