The <a href="http://kotaku.com/gaming/shoko_tan/shoko+tan-version-20-234915.php">last time</a> we saw cat-head sucking Shoko Nakagawa promoting a <i>Super Robot Taisen</i> game, she was all glammed up as Shoko-tan Version 2.0. For the upcoming <i>Super Robot Taisen Taisen Original Generations</i>, she's returned to her nerd cosplay robots by donning the mecha armor of in-game character <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valsione">Valsione</a>. Shoko-tan, a cosplay nerd herself, says this was the most spectacular cosplay of her life, and she even went as fair as trimming her hair and her fingernails for this costume. Now, that's dedication. <a href="http://kotaku.com/267603/super-shoko+tan-idol-wars" title="Click here to read more about Super Shoko-tan Idol Wars!">More&nbsp;&raquo;</a>

Our favorite cat head sucking, <a href="http://kotaku.com/gaming/shoko+tan/shokotan-version-20-234915.php"><i>Super Robot Taisen W</i></a> promoting fujyoshi (female otaku) <a href="http://kotaku.com/gaming/shoko-nakagawa/">Shoko-tan</a> has scribbled her name and a cat head (go figure!) for <i>Famitsu</i> to give away to five lucky readers. In non-related gaming news, but totally related Shoko-tan news, hit the jump for a obsessively cool rendering of her face! <span class="byline">Brian Ashcraft</span> <a href="http://kotaku.com/242838/get-shoko+tans-autograph" title="Click here to read more about Get Shoko-tan's Autograph!">More&nbsp;&raquo;</a>

Banpresto, what have you done to <a href="http://www.kotaku.com/search/shokotan/bydate/">Shoko-tan</a>?! The Shoko we know lives with her mother, adores <i>Dragon Quest</i> and takes public transportation around Tokyo. But here she is. Painted in garish make-up, hair puffed and not <a href="http://kotaku.com/gaming/clips/clips-otaku-game-idol-is-an-otaku-gamer-230641.php">putting kittens</a> in her mouth. SHOCKING: Not everything you see on Japanese TV is for reals. Take a February 4th episode of Fuji TV's <a href="http://www.fujitv.co.jp/sutamen/index2.html"><i>Sutamen</i></a>, which profiled female otaku. So, there was a woman who liked erotic figures and another who kicked ass at fighting games. <a href="http://kotaku.com/234141/capcom-female-employee-kicks-ass-lies" title="Click here to read more about Capcom Female Employee Kicks Ass, Lies">More&nbsp;&raquo;</a>

Uh huh. You're looking at Akiba's biggest idol Shoko Nakagawa. How big is she? She's parlayed dressing up as game characters into being the "face" of loan company <a href="http://cyber.promise.co.jp/Pcmain;jsessionid=0001MLX02RWYOFL3BIXA0QEUAMI?TeikeiCd=100000000&KoukokuId=9900000495">Promise</a>, a <a href="http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/ASIN/4777102106/yaplogjp0ebd-22/ref=nosim">book</a> based on her popular blog and a <a href="http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B000FL87LS/250-2168367-9941064?v=glance&n=561956">CD single</a>. What's all the fuss? Besides her top page being wall-to-wall Mario, she's even posted a photo with Hudson's human mascot <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takahashi_Meijin">Takahashi Meijin</a>'s name written on it! Yup, she's a dork. <span class="byline">Brian Ashcraft</span> <a href="http://kotaku.com/208642/from-akiba-to-crappy-tv-ads" title="Click here to read more about From Akiba To Crappy TV Ads">More&nbsp;&raquo;</a>
