SEGA announced that fashion model Ayana Tsubaki would be appearing in-game as an oil massage therapist, joining seven models from Japanese magazine Koakuma Ageha. They talk it up as in-game nightclub hostesses. At SEGA's Tokyo Game Show booth, three of them showed up, including Sayaka Araki, Shizuka Muto and Osaka-native Rina Sakurai who I interviewed for the arcade book I wrote. In the latest issue of Famitsu, it was announced that SEGA's toasted Toshihiro Nagoshi has been working on Ryu ga Gotoku 3 (Yakuza 3). This isn't to be confused with Edo-era PS3 exclusive Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan!, which is actually the third Yakuza game in the franchise, but not actually Yakuza 3. Confused? According to the article, Kenzan! was a spin-off, and this newly announced game is actually the third one in the series, m'kay. MAKES NO SENSE. Those familiar with Toshihiro Nagoshi and his skin will not be shocked. The third installment in the series features what looks like a dominatrix in red leather clothes. In "Waterfall Training," the main character can get new skills if he is able to overcome his shameful desires. It's based on button pushing, so it actually more timing based than actually repression sure urges. Though, what's up with the gal's get-up? Sega of Japan has revealed what it will be showing at next week's Tokyo Game Show, bringing a slew of new games for every platform. Not everything shown will be playable, however, with some marquee titles like Ryu ga Gotoku 3, wacko shooter Miburi & Teburi and Sega Rally appearing in video-only form (denoted with an asterisk).
