if this game has even decent gameplay, I am SOOOO buying it, just to watch Sonic do that.

But why the hell is he scared? Oh, right, if Sega works on decent gameplay, then the storyline is going be screwed up like the Secret Rings one. Oh well. Maybe this game will retcon what happened in the last 2 Sonic/Shadow games. Or maybe it's just another Secret Rings, except for the 360 instead.

I think I got it. This is Sonic AFTER he gets his Chaos Emeralds sucked out of him as Super Sonic. So from Super Sonic, he's back to his Sonic form. I see Eggman behind him.

Yikes, the 3D Sonic games have always had exaggerated facial expressions, but this one really takes the cake.

The thing I find odd, is Sonic's blue color is the same basic shade of Mario's blue overalls from M.Kart Wii. And I already considered the graphics to be glossy "N64" poop. So does this make the color here crappy, or does it redeem itself?

Well judging from what I'm seeing in the pictures I will try and explain..

1. Eggman Tricks super sonic onto a platform.
2. Eggman shoots super sonic with a laser / beam of some sort causing sonic to turn to normal sonic.
3. Emeralds are lost.
4. Sonic has been captured.
5. We are either going to see eggman turn sonic into mechasonic (example : Comic books) or just play as knuckles or tails in an attempt to save him.

so....Sonic is like super shiny where are the fur effect or was sonic always made of plastic and rubber?
