"Rufus might be the worst character I've ever seen in a fighting game. Q from 3rd Strike was retarded, but at least his style and animation and direction all fit. Rufus's costume is hideous, the animation is horrible, there's no weight to anything he does despite the fact that he's got an extra 200 pounds hanging on him. It's bizarre, because Capcom's done really good big/fat guy characters in the past."
