disc presence is a very likely requirement (unless you are playing a downloaded game). I don't see any problem with PS3 running while you RP (same thing when you stream movies from other devices like PC).
I really wish Sony forces this thing as a requirement for all new games and patch all existing games (first party at least).
This was news all over some time ago. Sony is gearing up to provide remote play for all (someone correct me if they didn't say ALL please) PS3 titles. The remote play should. I've attached an example. It will be awesome to play PS3 games when you're away from the console (be it the next room or another country)
I just cannot wait for the US release. But I have to say the BIGGEST (yeah with caps) selling point for me would be the remote play for "ALL" PS3 titles and DLNA support. I hope Sony delivers on that as well (I don't mind the lowered resolution, just make it work)
Although it is incredibly insane but I can believe it. My little sister used to play Dr.Mario for hours and it was the ONLY game she played for about 2-3 years (maybe more). Why? don't ask me but watching her play that game was jaw dropping.
So most likely, this is the same case, these guys just play Tetris and Tetris only. I never understood why would someone do that? It's not fun.... at least for me.
Wow @ the "fan" reaction. I'm a huuuuge MGS fan but not bothered one bit about this change. I'm happy that PG (Guys behind Bayonetta!!!) are taking care of it and as the author said, doing what they do best!
I highly doubt KojiPro would've been able to do a Bayonetta-style hack and slash game. This is no sneaking mission. I like the approach and am excited for REVENGEANCE!!
MOAR Metal Gear please. If people can have Call of Duty every year, we should be able have an MGS title every 2-3 years. It doesn't have to be Snake's story. Absolutely nothing wrong with that.
The game worked 100 times better when running from HDD. I absolutely love the game, every time I see Mass Effect, I get reminded of Advent Rising and how amazingly awesome it was.
Agreed but there is a much easier way (as I mentioned above). Don't pull out your sword and run up to him (or any enemy in the game) and as soon as you get close enough, wiggle left and right like crazy (usual wii motion controls :D) and even his grand mother will not have any idea where the attack is coming from! This trick is working for me for "most" of the enemies in the game.
