Please Kotaku, for the love of God, ask where Team Ico is and if there are any updates on their development.

PLEASE!!!

I ordered one over Christmas from Amazon Japan. I received it in, honestly, 2 days. Of course, shipping cost more than the actual book, but when 2 day international is the only option available, that's kind of just how it works.

Mine certainly didn't come with an audio CD. Or are you saying that you got a separate Okami soundtrack to listen to?

Nevertheless, it's definitely an excellent book. I liked it so much that I recently ordered the books for Shadow of the Colossus and Ico (again from Amazon Japan). They are much less art books than they are strategy guides, but when you love these games as much as I (and many others) do, you'll take anything you can get and I'm loving these books just the same.

I don't regret any of these purchases.

As I said in the Digg comments for this article, it is a known fact that the North American cover for Ico is the worst video game box art in history.

@Sigma-D:

He sarcastically suggested that there are only 9 people who either own a PS3 or use PSN. That's not an opinion. He knows there are millions of PS3 owners and PSN users, so his only purpose in making the comment was to unjustly criticize the PS3 and its owners.

If he simply said he didn't like the new PSN store or preferred XBL Marketplace to it, then that would be an opinion.

There's nothing fanboyish about how people are responding to him.

@DragonSphere:

I've found 2 previews so far. One for Go Sports Skydiving and one for LocoRoco. They're pretty nice and work well. Full screen is a nice option.

I cleared my cache and am still getting broken images.

Other than that, though, the update is excellent. I think it's a bit harsh to call it "broken" just because the thumbnails aren't loading consistently. Hundreds of people are going to read just the headline and think that the whole update isn't working.

This is just fair notice to all Wii owners who have not played or owned Okami for the PS2: If you do not buy this game, you are forever forbidden from complaining about the lack of quality and/or creativity of video games.

Yup, that's right. No more bitching about too many sequels or too many shooters or the evilness of EA.

It's time to put up or shut up. Okami is the type of game that should be cherished by gamers and be a model for future game development. People asked for it on the Wii and now Capcom is delivering it. Support this game!

I'm excited to see Flower listed for July. Hopefully, this means we'll start hearing more about it soon.
I'm excited to see Flower on there. Hopefully we'll start hearing more about it soon.
@Dioxen:

That's definitely possible.

Back on topic, I agree that Summer could easily mean November for in-game XMB.

@PapaBear434:

Well, at the very least, he can't use the typical "no good games" argument against the PS3. When you buy 125+ games for any console that's only been out 2.5 years, it's pretty clear that quality of games isn't too important to you.

I think this whole Lair debacle was a very good thing for the PS3 and the gaming industry in general. It was a very loud declaration that developers/publishers should think twice before forcing non-standard controls on gamers. Hopefully, Nintendo is taking notice also.

Warhawk is an excellent execution of how motion controls should be implemented. They should be optional.

@okenny :):

You are right that typically (in America) attorney fees are not recoverable and must be paid by each party to his or her own attorney(s). However, attorney fees are recoverable if 1) provided for by contract or agreement, or 2) allowed by statute. I'll explain these below:

"Provided for by contract or agreement" - If the Xbox Live user agreement/contract specifically allows for a party to recover attorney fees, then they would be recoverable in this lawsuit. However, no company in its right mind would put this into its own contract, so these people will not be getting attorney fees this way.

"Allowed by statute" - Basically, there are many laws which allow for a party to recover attorney fees. One of these laws is typically your state or federal version of the consumer protection act, which may be one of the claims these idiots have made. So, if that is the case, attorney fees may be recoverable in this lawsuit.

I hope this helps.

I know nobody is going to see this comment, but I'm the one who nominated Campster's comment and that third and last paragraph is from my email nominating the comment. Campster DID NOT write it. I just thought it needed to be cleared up.
