    "heres the news i found: UPDATE #1 Pro-G has since been contacted by another MS rep, who said the ban only applies to Microsoft employees. UPDATE #2 A member of the Microsoft Games Global Marketing team issued the following statement: If you obtain a copy of Halo 3 prior to its street date of Sept 25th, you will NOT be banned from Xbox Live for playing Halo 3 early (not even my fellow softies). this can be found at [news.teamxbox.com] there are also numerous websites confirming this."
