"Considering the enormous HR effort Blizzard are about to go into for localisation QA, Diablo won't be as far off as many are predicting. Projects don't go into localisation QA until they are in the final stage of development. The physics engine, game UI, HUD, art and animation all look close to final. I see this shipping close to the end of this year, and even if I've put the mockers on it by saying that, I'll be happy to wait until whenever it's done."

Even if someone from QA said "Hey, this looks an awful lot like Oblivion." they'll be told that "That's as designed, now go find some real bugs." Most QA staff are happy to be testing games for a living, and any plagiarism from a developer is none of their concern."
