"@Gyaruson: I think GH5's low sales has more to do with the fact that Activision shot itself in the foot by oversaturating the hell out of the market, to the point where there literally wasn't enough room left on shelves for the core game in the franchise. I do think from a legal standpoint Activision has the stronger case- but this situation seems tailor-made for an out of court settlement, quietly done behind closed doors to avoid tarnishing either party further."
