@Poznanman: well if you have a blank dvd and want to check out the 360 demo, here you go:
I included some instructions, but it's the same megaupload link Kayce posted further down.
And yeah, this works on a "regular" 360, no flashing or modding needed.
@Archaotic: Well, nothing is pushing it, this is ex Clover we are talking about.
Also, what bs, Capcom barely has 2 games that are remotely similar nowadays, probably the best publisher out there. <3 Capgod.
Richard Leadbetter from Digital Foundry seems to be working on his analysis right now. I don't want to discredit you Bash, but as it stands, the PS3 version should be avoided if you happen to own a 360.
"Raw stats on Bayonetta PS3 demo performance analysis are not pretty. Actual gameplay seems to belie the numbers a bit though."
See, the biggest offender performance wise, the falling clocktower prologue, is not even in the demo; the takeaway point is that if you are planning on buying the japanese ps3 version, wait for the verdict on the final code, if it is like the demo, and you have the chance, go for the 360 version.
Now, if you only have a ps3, wait for the western release -- rumor has it they are going to keep working on the ps3 build.
If you absolutely, absolutely can not wait, the ps3 version will be "just fine", going by the demo, just know that it could be A LOT worse, since the areas in the demo are far from the busiest and most impressive in the game.
@TT: no way around that, but this demo you simply put on your sd or whatever card, and it will work. it is not tied to any account as it is not distributed via PSN.
