Can't WAIT.

I love it when people think this is a completely new system. Touhou Hisoutensoku has a very similar system (it's even randomized!), and that wasn't what broke that game. The weather system broke that game.

Giving the ability to turn it off revived that game somewhat.

Mortal Kombat 9 is actually pretty good... after all, two consecutive EVO appearances (2011, and 2012) aren't really just handed out. To be fair, better fighters have only gotten one showing (Melty blood, Imma looking at you)...

Bastion should've gotten Story. Skyrim, I could guess anything of yours a mile away.

Interesting to see Orcs Must Die beat out Dungeon Defenders. I guess a more contained experience is better balanced.

This proves the entire uber-leak, now.

Guy had good resources.

Get if you can.

GET IT IF YOU CAN.

This is why we can't have nice things!
Battle Fantasia, eh? maybe now there will be more than one person online, because it has the hardest trophy list of any modern fighting game with em.
Explanation.

Heh, let's see if your PC can run 998 other, dynamically moving things, each shooting their own aimed beam o death, and still have some particle effects for each spawn camp.

Keeping it just merely accurate is an achievement within itself.

They DID fix his moveset. You're mad at how he looks (when Kilik was textbook Angsty Shonen Protagionist) and that his "alt" is a mimic (again, to show off the new height affects speed and reach mechanic)
He was one that NEEDED the retool.

New height systems makes his style faster, with less reach.

Need I remind you how much Kilik was a repetitively spam-happy, entry-level character in the last three or so games? Anyone with half a brain cell could parry him all day, once you realized that he telegraphed every last one of his major moves. Extremely annoying to fight online with a low-risk high-reward thanks to lag (which honestly, the hopefully lack of will be worth the price of admission itself), and when the Kilik players showed up to a tournament, they got a rather rude awakening when all the Hilde players roflstomped them. Usually instantly, at least before her ban...

Most of those characters were retooled or absorbed into their more-liked counterparts, and the only ones outright gone are Talim, Zasalamel, and Hwang/Yun-seong.

I'm going to miss Zasalamel, and the internet cried out for Talim.

Honestly, I'm more worried that this push for digital distribution won't take into account the ever-growing "popularity" of data caps. Some people are on caps so small they couldn't grab a full disc-based game. Some don't have access to the internet at all.
Dr. BlackJack.

He just needs to be in a modern game.

According to the prelim tests, it provides a greater boost than Skyboost or TESVAL. Apparently, this is the result of taking Arisu's findings and recompiling the entire game.

Either way, it works. People are getting 60fps with no stutter in a LOT more places with worse specs than the 1.3 patch.

However, a small issue has occured with the cell load being slower, making slight pauses when outdoors. This stutter may be the gaming loading the old cell into a newer, cleaner format, and it doesn't seem to last. New games don't have it at all.

Heck, Extra Credits has been after them for a week for the same thing.
Which is why you payed attention to the top screen, and blind-fired with Neku on the bottom with AoE. Didn't hurt that the best pins, statistically, were these AoE pins. Start going into postgame, and Neku falls off in terms of damage dealing quite drastically.

The 5%? Those damn foxes that require Neku to finish off.

Still not dead... it's not even shelved. It's just waiting for the public to forget about it.

It's been done before, they'll do it again for something else, and it has worked in the past.

It's a similar concept, once you get down to basics.

It's not the SAME concept, but you can put EA as one of the characters waiting in line in that South Park ep and not lose the joke.

No, but a lot of people don't realize the shortcuts, and that whole "Top screen is actually more important than bottom screen 95% of the time" thing.

If you set Neku up for blindfighting, the combat system becomes cake.

It's not without flaws, but the battle system could've been a LOT worse.
