this "law" work like this
if u sell, promote, or have any violent game or a bellic toy or weapon, they take it from u, and u must pay 2000 or 3000 credits , i dont know how to say it mmm but its called "unidades tributarias" and u pay it to goverment on every fail, . well lets call it credit, each credit cost around 56 bsf , its like mm 28$ each credit,
