If throwing your controller counts as "yes" for #12, then I'm guilty on five counts. And I always thought I was such a mellow guy...
I had these glasses, plus Zaxxon 3D and Space Harrier 3D. Both were awesome, esp. Space Harrier 3D. The 3D effect worked very well, although it felt a bit strange having LCD shutters in your eyes all the time.
I think you guys are being too hard on this game. While I agree that the 360 version of the game is superior (and I assume the PS3 version as well), there are many things this game has that work in favor of it.

The best thing IMHO is that it's a completely different experience from the 360 game. Even if you already have the 360 game, you can get a more fleshed-out story and a different kind of Transformers action on this one. I'm glad I have both games.

Not everyone is a fan of shooters in the Halo/Gears of War/Unreal sense of the word. In fact, some people find them confusing and inaccessible. This game opens up the game to a different kind of audience that perhaps would easily become frustrated by the 360 game.

You say that you can't transform, but that' s actually not entirely correct. It's a game on rails, so of course your character will transform when the time comes.

And about it being on rails, so what? Some of my favorite games are on rails, including Space Harrier and Ikagura. The new Sin & Punishment is on rails and no one seems to complain about that. The fact that you can switch weapons, take cover, zoom in etc. makes it more involving than a 'House of the Dead' style rail shooter (not knocking HOTD btw, I quite enjoy the game)

As a huge fan of Transformers from its inception, and as a huge fan of video games from the days of Pac Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger, I can very honestly say there have been many Transformers games over the years that are far, FAR worse than this one.
As I've been a PS3 owner for a almost a year now (I have a white phat one), I would like to thank Sony for subsidizing my enterntainment endeavors ^_^
I live in Taiwan so I'm mostly interested in the Japanese release date, but not like it matters anyway. I'm sure it will be sold out for months before I can finally get my hands on one.
@Craigasorusrex: Well said! These screens wanna make me hug my PS3 ^_^ The DS version also looks great. I used to live right near Inokashira Park, walking distance from the Studio Ghibli Museum. Because of this, and my decidedly rotund physique, I got nicknamed 'Totoro' by several of my friends.
@juniorsgv: I have the Wii and the 360 version. The story is similar and they obviously share a lot of assets (particularly voice dialog), but they're very different games. The 360 version (except for the camera angle) is very much FPS, whereas the Wii version is like an arcade shooter on rails. Not 'rails' like House of the Dead, but 'rails' like StarFox or Sin & Punishment. I like both games very much and the fact that they're so different makes it worth owning both of them (at least for a TransFan such as myself).
I don't even like shooters that much, but I'm stoked for Transformers. The 360 version looks great (and I assume PS3 is the same). Anyone heard about the Wii version? Is it actually decent or just a rushed crappy port? I hope it's decent, I'd like to try the game with the infared pointer.
Don't get me wrong, I love my 360, but I've never been excited about Natal/Kinect and I have yet to see anything that makes me think otherwise. I love my Wii, and PS Move looks interesting (if only because it looks like Wii HD, except it's from Sony), but Kinect? So far, meh...

"Like a HD Genesis" - So in other words, it's awesome!
I've been loving the Perfect Dark remake on the 360. GoldenEye on the Wii would be a must-purchase. You guys can keep your Modern Warfare and Halo 3, I like my shooters old school!
I recently picked up a used Dreamcast and Rez is one of my favorite games for it. I'll keep an eye on this one...
@PunkyChipsAhoy: My PS3, 360, Wii, iPhone, Dreamcast, DSL, and DSi LL are all white. But actually I like colors the best! My PSP is 'shamrock shake' green, my GameBoy Micro is baby blue and my Gamecube is purple.

I think a bright canary yellow 360 would be drool-worthy...
I'm divided on this game. On one hand, playing Arkham Asylum on my 360 was such an amazing experience. It was the first game where I really felt like Batman! It felt like such a step up from typical Batman games we got in the past, which were typically 2D brawlers. OTOH, I still enjoy a good round of Double Dragon or Golden Axe, especially with a friend. I have the Sega Genesis Collection for my PS3 and it rocks. I play the 2D brawlers the most.

So I guess the answer to my dilemma is to pick up both games: Arkham Asylum 2 for the 360 and this Brave and the Bold game as well. Play Arkham Asylum when I'm by myself, and play Brave and the Bold on my Wii when friends are over!
This weekend I'm playing Pokémon Leaf Green, Rez, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Space Channel 5, Peggle, Final Fantasy I, Sonic & Knuckles, and Civilization IV.
It's been a while since I looked at one of these. With DSi LL, PSP Go etc. it's getting mighty colorful!
To those who complain about these being American stats: is there some magic land out there where PS3 is beating Wii in large numbers? Last I checked, the three major markets were Europe, America and Japan. In Japan the Wii might not be doing as well as the DS but it's certainly doing better than the PS3. And in Europe? According to a newspaper article I read last month, Europe is now Nintendo's biggest market!

Nevertheless, guys like JimElNino make an excellent point: any system is worth owning if it's got the games you want. In the old days when the NES was king of the hill, I had an SMS and was extremely happy with it. I nearly shit my pants the first time I played Phantasy Star!
