So no Metal Slug XX (still) or BlazBlue for PSP and games that price drops are in effect for are still at full retail value? Sony should just call that system PSP Went
Well Sega, if you really love us, stop pawning off the Sonic bundles ("Set My Pulse Racing"? "Unleash Your Desire"? Double Blegh!) and drop us a translated Yakuza 3 demo.
Glad to see they corrected the price on Half Minute Hero. However it really was $39.99 between 8 - 8:30 (EST). Siren was still marked at $15 per pack during that time as well (instead of $11.99). Moral of the story, PSN prices are still subject to change once the weekly update runs. Next time I get the itch to D/L something via PSN, I'll wait it out a little. #playstationstore
$40 for Half Minute Hero while the UMD sells for $30?! Apart from the digital release delay, that's really like PSPGo users are being punished for their investment. #playstationstore
Despite the availability of cards, I still wonder if people picking up the PSP Go (namely, unsuspecting parents) are going to purchase a UMD game along with the system and NOT the card. After all, the UMD is tangible, it's there in nifty packaging and all.
i.e. I don't think the typical mom is going to understand that this system only plays digital games until she gets home and her kid points out that there's nowhere to put the UMD once they unbox everything.
I'm surprised there's no mention of Zangief. They made him way too powerful, his 360 degree moves are too simple to do on a D-pad and whats up with not being able to sweep him out of a spinning cyclone?
I actually bought one of these from Yodobashi Camera when I was in Japan last month. Unfortunately you have to press the D-pad and the buttons a lot harder than you normally should since there is more rubber blocking the contact between the buttons and the board than on a normal controller. It's very unfortunate since it looks nice and has turbo functions but alas, it's a bad product.
