I see no option for https in facebook...In the past I just go to the https address, but I don't see the option you are mentioning in your article here...
@REO Speedwagon: eh, my insurance had only been going up 8-10% per year. Due to the healthcare 'law' it went up 40% this year. Most people I know are in the same boat (who have individual plans).
@FoolsErrand: Yeah because a random internet guy or two obviously have more credibility than the journalists who have studied and followed international politics for decades. Why we don't just look for random internet guys to give us all of our news is beyond me. Oh wait, some of us do, some of us actually believe everything we read on every random blog.
@Crrash: +1 <--- Man hit it on the head. Cheaper games means less wiggle room for used game resellers. They can still make healthy profits, and they'd probably sell more games to individuals such as myself; who only buys games nowadays after they've been out long enough to be had for 30 bucks or less - brand new. If everyone were more patient, they wouldn't spend 60 bucks for the stripped down versions of these games, they'd get all the addons for 30 or less when they just wait a little while.

See, we won't see that though because if there is one thing that game publishers and hardware manufacturers can count on; a blind passionate customer that is willing to spend his/her own money, the money of his/her parents, and the money of loved ones to feed the gaming addiction. Gamers are some of the least rational consumers on the planet.
I have to be honest. These shots look like the kind of propaganda shots you might see when someone wants to improve their public image. I'm not sure I buy into the 'forced' look of happiness here. Obviously there is something wrong, or people wouldn't have been killing themselves in such high numbers. These pictures scream 'oh nothing to see here, everything is just fine, forget about us...' It's as if everything is sort of 'posed'...
Awesome, gizmodo and company are going to start shilling ads without identifying them as such (as if the flash ads aren't enough)...
This is pretty screwed up... This is basically glorifying the lifestyle of someone who is mooching off of others and breaking the law. Lame.
So what was the point of this story other than to mock those that prepare for emergencies? The author didn't even try the food himself/herself. I thought this was gizmodo, a site about gadgets?
I'm pretty certain that if you get the straight scoop from some car salesmen, they will tell you that women pay the most for cars when compared to men. I think this could even be proven statistically. What a silly thing to say, that men pay more...
I don't know what all the fuss is about, I'm personally glad to see ms take a proactive approach for their customers by prescratching discs. At least this way you don't have to go all the way home and insert it into your 360. It's funny that they'll acknowledge this issue, but not all those users that had problems with the system doing it for them.
