I read your article on divx support for the xbox360. Is there a way to play divx on your 360 without downloading the codec media update everytime.

I have an external hard drive that i have with divx video files on it and I would like to play those videos through my xbox360 without having to download the media update every time. Please help, this has been driving me nuts. :) thanks
