I'd vote for 1920's to 1930's Chicago, 1970's to 1980's NYC, or 1880's to 1900's London.
I don't want that AT ALL. I loved the case-driven nature of this game. It reminded me of classic adventure games from the Lucasarts era, modernized for consoles. I liked that the world was somewhat limited, as it kept you realistically focused on the crime, rather than detouring off to go do some fetch quest for the local baker or whatever.
I would LOVE a sequel to this. Or at the very least, more DLC! The missing desks would be fantastic.

For a sequel, I would not want it to be set in LA at all. I would want Chicago during Prohibition (inspired by classic gangster films and more modern works like The Untochables), New York in the 70's to early 80's (gritty, dirty, dingy, pre Giuliani NYC), or maybe something set in England in the late 1800s....either a Sherlock Holmes license or an original character in that same spirit.

What stat can't be obtained to get this? I hadn't heard about this before.
I really, really love this feature. I wish more games had date-specific goodies hidden in them. Plus, this is fantastic for getting me back into the game whenever I get frustrated by a particularly hard challenge room and set the disc aside for a bit. Every month I not only get one step closer to the achievement and hear a cool Calendar Man story, I also take another crack at getting new medals on the more difficult challenges....without this feature I fear I may have gotten frustrated enough early on that I would have decided my bronze or silver medals were "good enough" and not returned to the streets of Arkham for a very long time. Well done, Rocksteady, well done.
There are enough original sets to choke a hippo. A hippo made out of original sets. Then you could use that choked hippo to choke an even larger hippo. The second, larger hippo also being made out of original sets.
Holy crap I want those LOTR Legos, and I haven't bought any physical Lego itmes for years and years now. I do wish they'd get rid of the flesh-toned characters and go back to using all yellow.
The level where you go inside the Lungfish's mind ranks among my favorite video game levels of all time. So funny, so strange, so awesome.
Well, I got the HD remake, and we got a couple freebies, like the Master Chief outfit that came with it. I like that well enough but would have liked more of the classic maps and gameplay styles, even if they had to be in the Reach engine. I also would have really liked that Pinball table and the Halo 2 restoration. So I'm happy, but not overjoyed. :-)
I really don't mean to sound trolling here, but what is the appeal of this game? I honestly want to know. I've played it, and the core game itself seems rather lackluster compared to other action platformers on this console generation and even on the two preceding generations...even when one considers that the target market is children, there are much better games out there. Also, the entire game model is essentially very expensive tangible DLC, and the core game reminds you of characters you don't have, quite frequently. As for the figures themselves, well....they're more like figurines as they do not have any articulation or any real "play value" features outside of game use. Am I missing something? Is there some point where the amazement kicks in? Is this like Final Fantasy XIII in that it doesn't get really good until you're tens of hours into it, only in this case it doesn't get good until you're hundreds of dollars into it? Please somebody clue me on this phenomenon.
That would be great...like if the tile just said "Gotham City Impostors....100 new items" instead of flooding the entire queue beyond the ability to scroll. You cannot scroll beyond 100 items in the new releases queue, which is still the easiest way to see what's come out for games you own.

Another nice touch would be if MS allowed the Xbox to create, at your request, a custom games marketplace that only showed non-purchased content for games on your played games list. I would LOVE that. I hate when I'm away for a week or two and come back to the console and spend forever trying to simply check if anything interesting hit the marketplace.

I'm very interested to see how this works in more detail. I'd like to know if I can track two different "characters" so to speak. Also, how does game progression impact scoring? Are your later games always going to have more bonuses than your earlier ones? Is there some sort of cap at which you're maxed out and have all the gear you're going to get? Or are there only people who can score highly in this going to be the ones that play it hundreds of thousands of times and keep leveling up?
I hope Kelly Chambers isn't going away! I liked her.
I think Miranda's been confirmed, with the same voice. I'm like 99% sure but you can probably google it to find out.
Okay, the Chobot character seems a tad gratuitous, and I say that as a fan of hers. A few shots of Miranda's butt aside, this series hasn't gone crazy with that kind of sexploitation. I hope there's some sort of reason why her crew uniform looks more like a Hooters waitress than proper military attire, lol.
Its either a good game or a bad game. Try judging things on their own merits and not by association.
What was wrong with the Arkham City DLC? The Catwoman one was free, the Robin one was free for buying at Best Buy (not exactly difficult for most folks to do), and the Nightwing one was a reasonable price I thought.
Wait....on Friday? Have arcade games ever come out on Friday before?
Final Fantasy XIII sold really really well, hence the reason they are making a direct sequel to it. Not sure what you define as "popular."
More free? Really? I haven't noticed that at all with Japanese games....I've just noticed a lot of insanely high asking prices for color schemes and costumes and music.
