Good article, and an interesting viewpoint, although I think one of the things about video games that differentiate them from other genres of entertainment/art is that people can often enjoy them in multiple ways.
Side note: "I always joke that true gamers see on their map where they're supposed to go, and then go the opposite way." Even if though it's one person's opinion that's how I've always played games :3.
I don't have a problem with the way Playstation Plus is currently set-up. However, I think it's very easy to see that in the next several years Sony will gradually take privileges away from regular users to encourage Plus use. I am not looking forward to that.
@HBK_23: The single player was complete doo doo. But the multi-player is still really fun in my opinion. And I liked the weighted controls. Not every game needs to be twitchy.
I wish this was the norm. I understand that Microsoft often sees PC versions as bad business, but I hate missing out because I don't want to shell out for all three consoles.
I support that picture choice wholeheartedly, Owen. I saw it in person and it is one of the most stirring things I've ever seen.
