Ironically, although the wired mics are 'rugged', the one sure-fire way to make them break is to tug on the wire too much when it becomes wrapped around the coffee table/people's legs/all the rock band kit, so wireless would be good. But the online selection is so poor that I can't imagine this being the reason they switch from the ps2 versions.

I'm hoping this doesn't make the Heavy unplayable like it did with the Pyro. The 'Backburner' has massively unbalanced the game. Having said that, it is funny how before you unlock it it is the worst thing in the world, and as soon as do it is amazing and everyone burns to death at your hands *manic cackle*
I noticed a few people mention that Mario Strikers was fine on launch. I don't know if that was the experience in the US but in the UK it was virtually impossible to connect to for the first weekend of launch. In the following week you could connect and have a single match, but as soon as the match was finished you got kicked from the server. I hoped that that was Nintendo working out the kinks in the Wii online, but if the same things happen with Brawl clearly they haven't learnt anything.

Nintendo of Europe is to NOA and Nintendo what Fredo was to Michael and Sonny. They try hard but they embarrass the family and eventually NOA is going to take NOE out in a boat and shoot it.
