@Chinpokomon: Seriously. Also, I find it hard to believe that people would buy a PSP specifically for Monster Hunter without waiting for the SPECIAL MONSTER HUNTER REDESIGNED PSP that's coming next week.
@antihiroprotagonist: Yes, it's called the LKV8000 PSP to HDMI converter. Been on sale for at least a year. Hello Kitty speaker aside, nothing new here.
@DukeOfPwn: If they like it or love it, that's their prerogative, but why the fabricated title? If there's nothing to hate about it, just go with "How Awesome is Kinect? Kinda Awesome."
@Kobun: yeah, link does not work. I wish it did. The last thing the indie games section needed was to be shoved behind another menu. It should be a goddamn CHANNEL on the main dashboard. Lord knows I care more about it than anything Zune-related.
Dear Capcom, I heard great things about this game and wanted to try it, but you decided to region-lock it against all reason. I have no idea why you decided me and all my friends in this country should not be allowed to buy your game. Rest assured, this will impact my interest in Dead Rising 2.
Congratulations on your success, I hope you get paper cuts while counting your money.
What a shame. It sounded like a lot of fun - a multiplayer game that didn't require combat. I would have been player # 114,001 but since I am not in the US, they blocked me from accessing the game.
@dazedncnfusd7170: Good or bad score, I just think there's stuff on the Indies store that deserves more exposure. I've been writing about them lately for Wired Game|Life and even when it's a mixed bag (like Meds) I feel that more people should be aware of what's happening in that space.
I owned my Xbox for nearly a year before I even touched an Indie game. I'll bet some have never ventured there at all.
"It's not until you look at the games of the past that you realise how easy the games of today really are."
I'd substitute "better" for "easy" in that sentence, as I appreciate the effort modern game designers put into making their work accessible to more people.
@Yarfunkina: Yes, they are very popular. Popular enough that there are Crocs-dedicated shops and warning signs on escalators. Mostly for kids though, I hardly ever see grown-ups wearing them.
