Lots., at 11:43 AM on May 4 hint/exploit: early in the game you can get the "lose 4 star wanted level" achievement by taking a subway towards the main island, this instantly gives you a 5 star rating, then just turn around and head back, you'll be 3/4 out of the circle before you are even in contact with any police. GFX are nearly identical, controls are mostly to user preference, pop-in exists in both ( somewhat less in ps3), so the only issue left would be multiplay.
