"@invictus2006: Well in case of video services.The rights to the Movie studios has to be negoitated by each region.They won't allow worldwide rights to their movies.Area specific laws also compound this especially for Europe.It's sorta the same thing with Europe for games,localization,laws also inhibit game releases and cause delays.Canada will get their PSN video store after movie rights are talked about.Japan will get it next though."
