It's funny about the catching up on PS2 games, cos I've been doing the exact same thing!

Right now I'm playin' GoW1, Genji, BG&E, Shadow of the Colossus, and about 12 different versions of beatmania IIDX (and all at the same time)! There are obviously a lot of good PS2 games I've missed out on.

Regarding the KoK contest, I do remember noticing that Kirby had gotten more competitive about it than the other competitors (including yourself, heh).

Also, while I agree that there was indeed that subtle annoyance, Witz may have kept an unnecessarily careful watch on Kirby. This may have lead to the exacerbation of driving Witz nuts. While I'm not blaming Witz, I just contend that Witz may have kept too careful a watch. I could be completely wrong, however, but that's what I think personally.

Specific to the post about the DA under investigation, I agree with Kirby solely to the point where I don't give a shit about the law. I do, however, consider the consequences of my actions as well as my own beliefs. If an action violates the law, and if doing said action provides a benefit that outweighs the punishment or whatever for said action, I will not hesitate to commit it. It is not to say, however, that I will do bad things, since my ethics will obviously stop me from doing those acts. Kirby and I differ drastically in that he will do whatever he chooses, while I will weigh the benefits and punishments and decide my course of action from there. Now in the case of the DA, he should obviously get what's coming to him because, by my logic, he should have weighed the benefits of stealing money and the consequences if one is caught. It was his decision that the benefits of stealing outweighed the consequences, and he was fully aware of what would happen to him, so now it should happen, simple as that.

With regards to the Nazism comment, I think Kirby's comment was, when reading it again, more out of passion than anything. I've caught myself writing the dumbest shit when I'm passionate whether it makes sense or not, and it seemed like a reach to the worst form of dehumanization in order to get a point across.

I do agree that several other factors that you listed did contribute to the banning, and I guess it had been bugging Witz for a long time, so I'm not really going to question it, since I can't judge exactly what was up.

Also, I'm a dumbass anyways so I shouldn't be telling Witz how to do his job anyways...
