    "Well ive had three Xbox 360's in a year and a half.i had one repaired a month after having it,and one replaced after a year,after i found out that the warranty went up to a year!when i got the (new)one i got an apology letter in the letter it stated that they (Xbox)would perform the warranty registration for the replacement console,and cancel the old registration.just so they can tell me that the warranty did not start over with the new console,are you kidding me i am sooo pissed off.the customer support line has a bunch of idiots that keep you on hold forever just to come back on the line and tell you that they need $100."
