They are similar, except that Avatar has a story that is easy to follow. FF is a convoluted mess, only outdone in ridiculousness by the Metal Gear series.

I was so excited for this game. Couldn't wait to play it. Then I watch the developer diary on XBL and find Orson Scott Card was involved in this game. I really want to get this, but I can't justify supporting anything that disgusting little hate-monger does. Sorry Chair, maybe next time.

I got a Dreamcast and a stack of games. Looks like I'll be rocking some Power Stone 2 this weekend and taking a break from the PS3 and Wii.
