Did you notice that story actually quotes Kotaku for the reasoning?
RedAssedBaboon! So great!!
Thank you everyone for the kind words of support and farewells. Kotaku is a wonderful place, and will remain so. I know I'll continue to visit here.

If you interested in following my personal ramblings, and to see where I'm headed next. I've posted more details over on the Tumblr I whipped up this week.

Yeah, I know, tumblr. :D

One of the interesting things about Sherlock's (and old-timey cops') method of deductive reasoning is that it's not very useful in today's society. That's mostly because social norms are so broad today it's hard to ascribe a certain action or background to mannerisms, dress or other things easily observed.

I have an old beat cop manual from the 50s that does an amazing job of proving this point. This is a book that beat cops used to read to get a lay of the land before they started on the job. It tells them things like "people with tattoos are likely convicts." There's a bunch more, but it is all in that vein.

Having said that, I really should check this new show out now that I have a bit of time on my hands. :D

You know... they stiffed me on that garlic. :D
awwwwwww... :( you. you remembered.
444 comments! Holy crap. Alright, I'm off to read them all. Thanks everyone for taking the time. :D
We have seen it, it's called the Windows Phone 7.
Not really. it plays music and movies, but this is a device built from the ground up to game on.
thanks dr. obvious. :D While I agree, I don't think that two thumbsticks automatically make up for the size. It's something they're going to have to really prove is worth the inconvenience of a dedicated device.
As several people have mentioned that is a fake twitter account. You can tell because it spells things correctly.

Let’s Play the Complete PS Vita Gravity Rush Demo

December 27, 2011 – I've only had about ten minutes with Gravity Rush, but I'm already thinking that it's one of the most exciting new games coming to Sony's PS Vita. The game blends a gravity-defying puzzle quality with action combat, a bit of platforming and a wonderful, arty aesthetic and surreal story. More »

Finally, The 3DS Gets Its MUCH Better Pictochat

December 27, 2011 – In case you missed it during all of your holiday revelries, Swapnote hit the e-Shop last week for free. It's sort of like Pictochat for the 3DS but it also supports 3D sketches, the ability to send to friends online and attach real images to your messages.

Give it a try and let me know what you think. I'm curious if you think the time you get for free is too stingy or not in terms of keys and such.
